Before Returning a Product / Downgrade Account

At Truece, we work hard to ensure that our product meets your needs. If you are having issues with a product, there may be other options before you return it.  If you need Technical Support with your Truece product, please contact Truece Support via e-mail: support@truece.com or call 800-397-3112.

Return Policy

The return policy is provided in addition to any statutory return rights that you may have under law. We will accept returns for items that meet the return criteria set forth below for 14 days from the date of purchase. Exceptions are stated below. We may deny any return if it fails to meet the return criteria.

Return Criteria

Refunds for paid-level subscriptions may be granted if the following are true for the Truece Account:

  1. A Truece Report was not generated while on the paid-level tier,
  2. The account’s storage capacity does not exceed the allotted storage for the lower tier downgrading to,
  3. If on the Premium Plan, the one-time professional consultation was not used during the subscription cycle, and
  4. The account has not utilized any other paid-level feature that is not available on the desired downgraded plan [see tier differences at: https://truece.com/pricing/]

Additional Conditions: 

Downloadable products and subscriptions. Eligible returns will result in a downgrade of the associated account to a lower qualified tier.  A gift subscription to another user must still meet the Return Policy requirements to qualify.

Services. To qualify for return, the service must not have been delivered, performed or consumed.

Trial-period offers. If you are taking part in any trial-period offer, you must cancel the service by the end of the trial period to avoid incurring new charges unless we notify you otherwise. If you do not cancel the service at the end of the trial period, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the service.

Personal data. Truece is not responsible for any personal data lost on returned software.
